I'm watching the Dino youtube clip and laughing so hard at the Mr. Rogers-y music he's playing at the end, he'll play it with a flourish and then say something, then start playing again, then say something.
My fiance is from Branson! It's…fucking insane. We went to Dolly's Dixie Stampede for Thanksgiving last year. I've heard that Silver Dollar City has a crazy fantastic Christmas display but he has yet to take me.
Simone, Andy Williams is still there! He has awesome Christmas light deer in front of his theatre at Christmastime…actually the classiest display in the city.
Hahaha, still listening. I'm an atheist. Simone…you might love it. I kind of love it because it's so terrible. There's one starbucks, and it's right across from a theatre with a huge banner saying "GOD COUNTRY FAMILY" and a picture of the elderly minister and his wife who have church there on the weekend. I have to stop before the Branson vomit keeps coming.
Nadine…YES. YES. YES. And billboards of Barbara Mandrell and Yakov Smirnoff everywhere.
